Thermphos participated at the Food Ingredients China (FIC 2008) held from March 26 to March 28, 2008. With the growth of China’s economy, this exhibition becomes one of the most influential events in food ingredient industry, not only for China or Asia, but for the global food ingredients industry.

FIC 2007, an impression
Thermphos International is a global producer of food grade phosphates as well as being a producer of the main raw materials including phosphoric acid. Using high purity raw materials Thermphos produces various types of sodium, potassium, calcium, aluminium and ammonium phosphates. Food grade phosphates are used as food additives to improve specific properties such as structure, flavour, succulence and colour. Phosphates are the key to producing high quality processed foods in a variety of markets including meat, seafood, poultry, dairy (including processed cheese) and bakery products.
