We are proud to inform you that Thermphos is REACH compliant !
This means that our entire product portfolio, produced by us as a Europe-based backward-integrated worldwide producer of phosphates, phosphoric acid, phosphonates, phosphorus & phosphorus derivatives, is now pre-registered according to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH).
The main next steps will be taken to fulfil the further legal REACH obligations:
- Joining the SIEF’s
- Consortia formation, if applicable
- Registration of our substances, for the specific tonnage band and before the applicable registration deadlines.
